The product, in the report: The bed frame is this: Head-Foot Model-Good Queen Adjustable Base - ITEM# - M9X732.
Bought an adjustable bed frame here that CAUGHT ON FIRE ON ITS OWN. I bought it 8/25/19, delivered 8/28/19. Caught on fire the evening of 9/2/19. [REDACTED] response was “There is nothing that could catch on fire on that corner of the bed.” By the way, there is, that’s where the USB ports are... I wasn’t using the USB ports though. I am still trying to get the adjustable base replaced and hopefully, [REDACTED] will make a note to the manufacturer or warn their clients. I spoke to the Sales Manager, [REDACTED], (or he used to be when I bought the adjustable bed frame and spent over 4000 grand at the store in downtown, Los Angeles) and he said it could have been the wiring in my house (!!!!!). The apartment is new... it’s not old wiring. Anyway... THERE IS NO REASON WHY AN ADJUSTABLE BED SHOULD CATCH ON FIRE. I WAS TERRIFIED TO LIE BACK DOWN ON IT. I am still waiting to hear from the [REDACTED] customer service department and the bed frame’s manufacturer “HHC.” They should warn customers that this could happen (“hey, the bed frame could catch on fire while you’re asleep”) or they could have a really significant lawsuit on their hands if someone were to get hurt. The one good point the Sales Manager had was that I should have called the fire department... I was just in shock and immediately wrote [REDACTED] to either refund or replace the bed. And yes, there is already a complaint with the BBB. The bed frame is this: Head-Foot Model-Good Queen Adjustable Base - ITEM# - M9X732. [REDACTED] SITE. BUYERS BEWARE. YOUR HEAD COULD CATCH ON FIRE.
