The product, in the report: Product Name: Aadvik Tufted Upholstered Low Profile Standard Bed by Greyleigh Size: Queen Color: Warm Gray Dimensions: 66.90”W X 85.60”D X 49.60”H Material: 100% Polyerster

    - December 2022 I purchased a bed (i.e., Aadvik Tufted Upholstered Low Profile Standard Bed by Greyleigh) from Wayfair. - Since putting the bed together I noticed that the bed slats kept on sagging and they were all too short so they kept falling + causing the bed to collapse. - As a result of the bed collapsing I have suffered numerous injuries over time to my neck, shoulders, and back. - Eventually I received a product recall message that confirmed that the product was defective. - I reached out to the manufacturer for a repair kit. They kept asking for additional information and dragging out the process. - Finally the manufacturer informed me that it would take 2-3 months to receive a repair kit. - When I reached out to the Wayfair (the wholesaler) they said they would send me some replacement slats if I was willing to pay ~$80. - Neither the company that sold me the product nor the manufacturer want to resolve this issue inn a timely fashion and refuse to give me a refund so that I can procure a functional bed that doesn’t result in numerous injuries.
