The product, in the report: a child’s bed shaped like a car

The consumer stated that the bed was delivered on Friday, 8/18. The consumer noticed that there are two metal rods going from the front to the back of the bed. The rods stick out past the mattress. The mattress has about a three inch gap between the bed and the mattress which exposed the metal rod.

The consumer stated that this is a safety concern.

The consumer contacted the place of purchase. She was offered another bed but on the day of delivery, the consumer was advised that the beds are exactly the same.

The consumer stated that the El Dorado Corporate Office is going to contact the manufacturer. The consumer was also advised that they had the same bed at that location. She was told that they would check the bed and call her back.

The consumer did not receive a call back.
