I have a Flex-A-Bed adjustable bed. The motor continues to run and won’t shut off. I recently had a part replaced to remedy the problem, but it only made thigns worse. I was awaked to the smell of smoke and burning plastic. With the aid of a trapeze above my bed, I was able to get up and unplug the electric cord. The foot of the bed had adjusted to the full upright position, and the motor was still running.
