The product, in the report: FDW twin size metal platform bed frame, black, 14 inch height, steel slat mattress foundation, box spring replacement, advertised as heavy duty and noise free

I am reporting a twin size metal platform bed frame sold as a heavy duty steel slat bed frame, The product became unstable during normal use, The frame wobbles, bends, and repeatedly loosens even after the screws are retightened, On multiple occasions the frame partially collapsed while teenagers were sleeping on it, The users were not jumping on it or misusing it, It was being used as a normal bed frame with a mattress for sleeping, No injury has occurred at this time, but the concern is that the frame may fully collapse and cause injury, I stopped using it because it does not remain stable and appears defective and unsafe
