The product, in the report: The Enchantment Collection by Legacy Kids (Legacy Classic Funiture) SKU 485-FBED sold by American Funiture 2570 American Way Grand Junction, CO 81501 on 5-6-12 assembled on June 12, 2012. The specific part that failed is 485-A4900 twin/full rails-white. Defective part must be exchanged for new part. This product made in China. Model# 12486
With child in bed the left twin/full wooden frame rail failed allowing the slats and mattress to fall. The screw holding the slats in place between the two bed rails was only screwed in approximately 1/4”. The wood on the bottom side of the left frame rail split apart from the rest of the frame rail by pulling the wood apart. This allowed the slats and mattress to drop to the floor. No injuries incurred.
