The product, in the report: https://www.dreamcloudsleep.com/mattress-foundation Queen size bed foundation with 3 year warranty
1. Dreamcloud (https://www.dreamcloudsleep.com/mattress-foundation) mattress foundation system failed at 2 welded points causing the entire frame to fail. While the weight limit was not instrumental in the collapse, it was an engineering fail, it’s interesting the mattress supports up to 1,000 pounds, and all of their foundations except the adjustable foundations, support only 700. 2. Type of Product: Bed Foundation 3. My daughter was using the product 4. The product was used as the foundation/frame for her Dreamcloud queen size mattress 5. No injuries, just alarming and dangerous to remove the product due to the sharp edges after the fail 6. No injuries
