Slide attached to child bed per instructions. 5 year old slide down a few days no issue. On day 3, the top of the slide collapsed to the ground dropping my 5 year old three feet straight down. Visual inspection shows the screws securing the top of the slide are not adequate in size, type, length to support normal usage. Hard to explain but the screws basically just sheared right through the soft wood of the slide it is screwed into causing a collapse. Pictures explain it better.
