The product, in the report: queen size bed purchashed from bobs discount furnture woodbridge nj Brooke model white

I purchased a complete bedroom set and queen bed from Bob’s Discount furniture January 2012. I purchased the goof proof plan so I was covered for repairs. On Friday March 1st 2013 my 12 year old daughter sat on her bed and the frame collapsed. After several calls to customer service I was told this is not covered since it was not an accident. I am 4 weeks out of warranty. I have to wait for a trained person to come out and try to fix it.

My main concern is that my child could have been seriously hurt. It was the Brook model at Bobs discount furniture. Beds do not come apart apart and just fall to the floor. My daughter wears a brace for scoloisis 16 hours a day. She was wearing the brace and the time the bed was falling. She was unable to get up without assistance. If this would have happened while she was sleeping she would have fallen off bed and hit her head on the nightstand.

This is a very unsafe product and please look to see if this has happened before.
