The product, in the report: Bella White Tufted Bed Model S458-401Bella White Tufted Bed UPC 0587639093 https://colemanfurniture.com/kids-white-tufted-full-upholstered-panel-bed.htm. It is a white bed with a trundle.

My daughter sat on her bed and it collapsed. I bought 2 of the same beds. one for each of my daughters. the first bed, one of the feet snapped in half while my daughter was sitting on it. I was upset because we had just bought it, but was hoping it was a fluke. a few weeks later, the second bed we bought, my daughter sat down and it just collapsed. The bottom fell out from under her, separated from the frame of the bed. Thankfully it wasn’t a big fall, but she could’ve hit her head, or been stuck. Now i am just concerned these beds are not safe. I have emailed the company and they said that they won’t refund me, they are working with the manufacturer to try to get me a part. meanwhile my daughter is sleeping on a mattress on her floor. I feel like they are only 3 months old and they must be very poorly made. I bought them from Coleman furniture online. I am afraid for them to sleep on the beds. https://colemanfurniture.com/kids-white-tufted-full-upholstered-panel-bed.htm
