The product, in the report: Bed Tech bed frame Model HR 50
We requested and received from Bed Tech (bedtech.com) the safety clips they offered to correct the defective bed frame they notified us is under recall. The first set does not fit the specific frame recalled (HR 50); we ordered a second set which also does not fit. I attempted to send message to Bed Tech via its Contact Us email; it does not function properly and my email was not submitted. The product is for use in our home. No injuries have occurred; we have been instructed to not use the frame until the clip is installed. As I mention above, the clips do not fit the frame. We are unable to correct the frame defect.

The product, in the report: BedTech Black metal bed frame high with under storage HR Platform Frames Model HR46
During the night my 11year old daughter was sleeping and was violently folded up in her bed and collapsed to the floor. Her father and I immediately discarded the frame and could not receive a response back from the vendor that I purchased from. The bed can not be fixed as we no longer have it due to the emotional and physical scars left with my daughter. Can you please refund or some type of compensation for this ordeal.

I just got the recall today. April 17,2021. The day we purchased it as we were setting it up put the king mattress and was putting on the fitted sheet up on the bed that spot that showed the recall folded down or kind of twisted under my weight right over it, with all my it smashed and pinched my hand and fingers and trapped my arm beneath the mattress and against the wall to where I couldn’t recover my balance, and needed help fro my son and a neighbor to get up. Not only was it extremely embarrassing but it hurt my hand pretty badly. Deep bruising and cuts to the top of my hand. I couldn’t use it for a week. Luckily, my sons roommate was pre-med and that night after looking at my hand we decided it wasn’t broken just bruised very badly. I’m 6’2” 240lbs and literally all my weight plus the mattress were smashed between the frame and the wall. I’m a Texas Licensed Class A Barber and I didn’t work for an entire week because my hand was bruised and swollen. I thought We had done something wrong but I know we didn’t now.
