The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No incident, no one hurt

The product, in the report: From their website: The Premium Safety Bed is an award-winning multifunctional bed for children from 0 to 12 months. The Premium Safety helps to follow the anti-SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) rules making the child sleeping and staing on his back . Preventing the rollover thanks to its structure and the containing bands. It hinders the ascent of foods, spit up and Acid reflux due to its pedriatic inclination of 15 degrees and promotes the growth of a rounded head thanks to a morphological pillow. The Premium Safety bed is made up of: - 15 inclination - Pediatric pad at head level - Soft Containment Bands - Cushion adaptable according to the size of your child

I saw this add for a sleep product meant to help acid reflux and it advertises a 15 degree sleep position which is not safe. I am reporting this before something bad happens.
