The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

Made Feb 25, 2016, sent to the company Mar 4, 2016, published by CPSC Mar 18, 2016

The product, in the report: child wooden bed

purchased newly manufactured bed for child from furniture store, there were no warning labels attached, but furniture smelled strongly of formaldehyde, I let this air out in my garage for four weeks, it still smelled of formaldehyde, but less so, then shortly after placing in child’s bedroom, my child experienced severe behavioral changes and had a neurological episode suspicious of a seizure require extensive workup, he’s fine now, but improved only when the bed was immediately removed from his bedroom.

I contacted the business who sold us the bed, they refunded our money but refused to provide any information regarding whether formaldehyde was used in the manufacture. we had to wait four weeks for the product to be completed in the factory in Vietnam, and coming directly from the factory, smelled very strongly like formaldehyde

they are selling a dangerous and harmful product without providing proper notice or warning, and I believe they seriously injured my child.
