The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

Made Jan 26, 2024, sent to the company Jan 30, 2024, published by CPSC Feb 21, 2024

The product, in the report: Aadvik tufted bed in gray. Low profile bed

I built the bed a couple months after purchase as the directions were not very clear and there were parts missing from the assembly packet. When I finally did assemble, the bed collapsed under me and my son the first night. I seriously injured my back in which I had to go to the emergency room. I was given steroids and pain killers.

My Aadvik Tufted Upholstered Standard Bed by Greyleigh collapsed and broke apart. It was a king-sized bed. The side rails separated from the head and foot of the frame. It was used by me and my husband. We did not suffer any injuries because we heard the bed cracking and got up very quickly.
