The product, in the report: The First Years Bed Rail ; white metal frame with blue material/mesh cover
faulty screws in bed rail the right side of the bed rail screws are broke in half in the bed rail the screws on the left side are cracking but not broke in half yet. my son fell out of bed on his head and I can only assess the situation after the fact but once I found 2 screw heads on the carpet which is an additional choking hazard. This is dangerous for people whose kids are in beds that are high off the floor. I feel the screws are cheap and just break in half. the product is now unuseable now without the screws to hold the arms in place
