The product, in the report: Product: The Transfer Handle - Heavy Duty
We purchased adult portable bed rail assist for my 89 year old father. One day, the assisted living facility he was living in called and asked us to remove it because they found him entangled in it one morning and had much difficulty freeing him from it. He suffered bruises and swelling. We received an email from Amazon today stating the bed rails have caused entanglement for other consumers and we should dispose of the rail.
