No incident, no one hurt Made Aug 8, 2022, sent to the company Aug 16, 2022, published by CPSC Sep 6, 2022
The product, in the report: Padded baby/toddler rails. Baby Bed Rail Guard Height Adjustable Anti-Collision Guardrail. Height: 28cm = 11 inch : Width: 50 cm = 19.6 inch. Color grey.
Baby rails broke in half, sharp edges, could have resulted in suffocation or puncture wounds. I purchased padded baby/toddler bed rails designed to keep small children from falling out of bed. I assembled and attached to bed under mattress as instructed. Upon making the bed I noticed looseness and a gap from the bed. The rails had snapped and were breaking off under the mattress.
