The product, in the report: Endurance Hand Bed - Hand Bed Rail (model P1410)

91 yo mother was trapped in her bed from the bed rail I had purchased for her on Amazon on 12/9/2019. Endurance Hand Bed Rails. This recall involves the Hand Bed Rail (model P1410) I was out of town at beach when at 2am she was finally able to reach me and set off her panic button to get an emergency 911 call to help her. She was wedged between her mattress and had in some manner slipped into the bed rail and could not get out for almost 2 hours. I had originally though l had not placed the rail high enough on the bed causing this to occur. I just received a notice of the recall I now realize how lucky she was to be able to contact someone to help her as she lives alone and I was out of state for 3 days. She still complains of her shoulder hurting as it took several EMTs to get her out of the bed rail.
