The product, in the report: Bed Assist Rails, manufactured by Carex, are helpful for anyone who could use assistance getting in and out of bed or adjusting positions while in bed. These Bed Rails are a simple way to safely get in and out of bed. The Carex Bed Rails are preferable to other models, because they are easy to assemble: they don’t require any fancy tools to put together. Also, they are adjustable in two directions to achieve the height and depth needed for each individual. An Adjustable Bed Rail allows the user to find the optimal setting for their convenience and safety, eliminating the need for an extra bed assist product.

Was found wedged between the mattress and bed safety rail in her room with the bed rail pressed firmly against the right side of her neck. Possible positional asphyxia.
