  1. No one hurt

Made May 27, 2014, sent to the company Jun 4, 2014, published by CPSC Jun 25, 2014

The product, in the report: Babies r Us, Hide Away Bedrails. Double sided

Product was being used as directed in the instructions. Bed rails were installed via straps under the mattress on both sides of the bed. Toddler fell asleep against the bed rail causing the nylon strap to slide out of teh “lock” and the rail became seperated from the bed. This caused teh toddler to fall between the rail and the bed mattress. No injuries occured but certainly a very high risk of suffication.
