The product, in the report: MainStays 5 peice folding table and chair set, sold by WalMart
MainStays 5 peice folding card table and chairs. Im writing this report because i just saw the recall notice, and this product injured me. Two of the 4 chairs, while folding and unfolding, collapsed and pinched fingers causing bruising and tenderness for weeks.

Emergency room Made Aug 2, 2013, sent to the company Aug 12, 2013, published by CPSC Sep 3, 2013
The product, in the report: green patio set with six chairs from sams club ................metal
We bought a patio set from sams and the chairs rock and turn, 1st my husband had to replace screws on it because they just snapped but the chair i was on just snaped underneath me and I went flying back and hit my neck and head ! I ended up going to er last night and now I’m home for a while on pain killers and muscle relaxers since they said I strained or sprained my ligaments or muscles.............We only got the set this summer and when my husband looked at the metal he called it some name saying it was cheap metal. I also just got back from the doctor for my neck due to buldging disks so this just made my issue even worse.

Seen by a doctor or nurse Made Jul 4, 2011, published by CPSC Jul 26, 2011
The product, in the report: Black leather office chair. Hight, tilt adjustable. Back and seat are connected by two plastic arm rests with three small screws each side. Back is 22” ht/21” width, Seat is 18” depth/21” width. Adjustable hight from 16” to 20”. Chair equiped with 5 blade/arms & rug casters.
I sat down into the chair, the right arm rest snaped apart at the two lowest bolt holes at the seat. The back of the chair collapest without warrning and the chair shot out from under me. My left arm is badly cut, brused, and the bone is badly brused and/or fractured. My right leg was banged up pretty good, with impact injuries includeing a smashed knee cap and loss off skin extending down below the knee for 7”... This incedent caused me to fall into the typing table (arm injury), and landed into the cpu knock it six inches out the back of the cabnet, snaping off the front usb ports connecting the mouse and keybord(s) rendering them uselless.
I did a google search, and looked at product reviews on this chair (walmart.com) , and just about every custermer review stated that this chair broke with out warning in less than two weeks of ownership, and others were injured too... By the way, all of the chairs are braking at the same bolt locations, left and right side of chair, causing suddin collapes of the back to seperate completly from the seat.
This type of chair construction is also noted on other styles of chairs, and are braking apart causing injuries and collateral property damage .
This chair is clear and present “DANGER’ !,.... and recalled, removed, from the retail marked imideatly !, ie; Walmart, and any other outlet.
