I experienced a failure with a desk chair that resulted in a minor injury. On Thursday, March 22, 2018 the chair back supports failed and dumped me onto the floor and my head struck my paper shredder resulting in a bump on my head and a long tenn low grade headache. ( Photo of desk chair enclosed.)
