    The product, in the report: Erma 9-Piece Dining Set. Table Dimensions: W x L x H124 in. x 42 in. x 30 in. Chair Dimensions: W x L x H21 in. x 25.7 in. x 39 in. Color Brown Model 1695433 https://www.costco.com/erma-9-piece-dining-table-set.product.4000188858.html

I bought 9 piece ERMA dinning table from costco. The seller is samson international. From day 1 four chairs out of 8 were wobbly. On Nov 26, 2023 when a guest was trying to sit one leg completely dismantled from the chair base support as the wood providing the joint between base of chair and its leg ripped apart. Fortunately guest was able to react in time and survived any critical hip/backbone injury. I reach out to customer service (samson) and instead of acknowledging the quality issue in their product all they say is “its past one year manufacturer warranty”. I told them please look into the quality issue and it is possible other chair may run into similar issues and I have 2.5 yr old baby who also sits on these chairs for dinner. Adult was able to manage the balance when chair fell apart but what if there is some child. They can suffer serious injuries.
