The product, in the report: Office Chair (Uiesno Criss Cross Chair on Wheels)
On June 3, 2026, the subject product suffered a sudden, catastrophic structural failure during normal, intended use within residential weight capacities. The user was seated normally in the office chair when the base support mechanism fractured completely without warning.
This unexpected mechanical collapse caused the entire chair to tip violently, throwing the user forcefully onto the floor. The velocity and angle of the failure prevented the user from bracing against the impact.
The order number for the product is: [REDACTED].
