The product, in the report: This is the Thomas the Tank Engine Patio Table and Chairs set. A link to the product is below. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Thomas-the-Tank-Engine-Table-and-Chairs-Set/19863580
My son was sitting on a a Thomas the Tank Engine chair that belonged to the Thomas the Tank Engine Patio and Chairs Set. As he was trying to get down from the seat (he was seated on his bottom), the chair fell forward. My son fell forward and hit his head on the cement patio pavement.
As we attended to him, my son’s friend sat in the matching chair. As he got up, that chair also lurched forward and pushed him off. Luckily, he was on the grass and not the patio.
