The product, in the report: The HON Company office chairs - styles: HON Ignition, HON Solve, HON Motivate Stack Chair. About 60+ chairs.
Our office chairs were purchased approximately one year ago. Within a few months of purchase the bolts holding the backs of the chairs to the seats were loose/falling out. This caused the backs of some the chairs to fall of completely. The chair company recalled a similar style of chair for the same exact issue, but this particular style was not recalled. We have tightened some of the bolts on the chairs, but they continue to loosen and some are now missing the bolts altogether. I would like to avoid one of the staff becoming injured on a chair that we knew was faulty. I believe this style of chair is unsafe and should be recalled.
