My 18 month old son received a childrens chair as a gift. I picked it up and noticed something hard and when I looked at the side of it a long, sharp piece of metal was sticking out of the fabric. We opened the chair and removed what looks like a tool of some kind. My son was not injured, but it could have been a horrible if not deadly injury if he fell on this. I emailed the company on the tag of the chair and have not heard back from them.
