The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

Hurt, no treatment Made May 26, 2020, sent to the company Jun 30, 2020, published by CPSC Jul 15, 2020
The product, in the report: The welding joint has broken and threw me to the floor. It could have impaled someone. I weigh only 190 lbs. and it is safety rated for 275 lbs. THIS IS FALSE!
I used the product for less than 3 months and the welding joint connecting the base to the seat cracked. This is the second time my office chair has cracked at the welding joint and I thought the first time was a mistake. Both were purchased from Big Lots and now I believe the product to be lethally dangerous. Death could be caused by an implement or by falling.
