The product, in the report: Adjustable chair
The consumer was sitting down on her chair using her computer when she reached to the side to get paper off a bulletin board on the wall. At this moment, the chair slipped and she hit her head on the corner of a filing cabinet.
The consumer went to the Emergency Room and was given five staples to cover her 1.5 cm long laceration to the head.
12/09/2019 - The consumer contacted the Manufacturer via e-mail explaining he situation but has yet to hear from them.
The consumer states that she uses the chair five days a week for approximately five hours daily; she also notes that she weighs 123 pounds and the chair is marketed to sustain 250 pounds. The consumer believes the chair does not have a big and heavy-enough base to allow for the adjustable chair to be set to a higher positioning.
The consumer plans on keeping her chair for at least the net thirty days in case an investigation ensues.
