The product, in the report: Camel/chrome side chairs that are a part of a table set
The inner metal plate of the chair frame broke off and pierced the upholstery, exposing sharp edges. This happened to two out of six chairs.
In the other chair, one of the three mounts (that hold the chair to the base)broke off. This chair has become unsafe and unusable. Three chairs out of six were defective due to poor welding.

The product, in the report: please see previous entry of information
my wife and i have purchased a kitchen table and 8 chairs from Rooms to Go here in Richmond Virginia.
Upon delivery we found 5 of the 8 chairs with broken legs or other failures with potential damage that could cause harm. We have continued to have to call as the one of the front legs on 5 of the chairs has failed with people sitting on them- average size people, The leg break through the “support” cross member in the corner of the chair and the leg gives way. Two days ago our youngest daughter with her one year old the chair leg failed and she fell to the floor with him. We have had 4 other legs fail causing falls or near falls.
The lack of any noted quality of the product and materials is a safety hazard and a fall has the potetial of serious injurt from the failure of the chair legs due to construction, materials and design.
