The product, in the report: ROBOTIME Kids Sensory Swivel Chair, Autism Spinning Chair for Kids Sensory with Non-Slip Design, Training Body Coordination, No Assembly (Blue)
My 54 lb 9yo daughter was playing on the [REDACTED]. She was sitting and spinning when she fell off of it, hitting her head on our LVP floor. She was unstable in her gait, complained of head pain, and couldn’t remember what happened. She fell asleep and was difficult to rouse, not wanting to eat dinner, and her speech was slurred. We brought her to our local emergency department, where she vomited. She had a CT scan and it was determined she sustained a concussion.
