The product, in the report: Restoration Hardware Vintage French Round Fabric Side Chair (item #10005983)
On the of the chair stoppers on my RH Dining chair broke off and split. My 10 month old found it on the floor and put it in his mouth. I was luckily able to remove both pieces but if he had swallowed them my son would surely have died

First aid Made Dec 6, 2016, sent to the company Dec 14, 2016, published by CPSC Dec 29, 2016
The product, in the report: Restoration Hardware Bauhaus Side Chair in Weathered Oak Drifted
I purchased eight Bauhaus Side Chairs from Restoration Hardware in August 2014. The first one failed one year after purchase, and the next one failed 18 months after purchase, despite light use. My stepfather, who was sitting on the chair as it failed, scratched his thigh and could have easily fallen if someone had not been next to him to lift him up before he got stuck in the chair. Two other chairs are showing sings of wear and tear and I’m afraid that will fail soon. If a child was standing on a chair as it failed, he/she would go through it and could potentially seriously get hurt.
