The product, in the report: Kitchen chair - legs. It securely fastened

Product: kitchen table and 4 chairs purchased at Raymour & Flanagan ( Fair Habour is the name of the set) . A chair leg became detached and caused a fall and a deep laceration to hand. Service has been requested on this set four times since it was purchased. All service calls were due to legs of table loosening or legs of chairs loosening. Chairs have been replaced twice and table legs once by the store. This time an injury and fall occurred on this poorly made and unsafe set. My friend felt the chair wobble, grabbed on to the side of the chair and sliced her finger open when leg collapsed. She bled profusely and finger was purple. Finger bled for more than an hour through a tightened bandage. Today finger is still oozing and badly. bruised. She also hurt her back while grasping on to the side of chair. went into the store today to complain and The store refuses to accept a return and only offered a 28% store credit since set was just under 3 years old. We have removed all chairs and are sitting on folding chairs now. Another of the chairs is now wobbly. This set is an extreme safety hazard and I feel a recall should be started. My husband has tightened screws on these chairs at least 5-6 times. The store has replaced defective parts to this set three times. I have documentation. This time there was a serious I jury.
