The product, in the report: Three leg rolling chair
While the 72 year old consumer whom is 5’9 tall and weighs approximately 184 pound was sitting on the chair that was placed on a linoleum floor he attempted to roll from the kitchen table to the refrigerator (in which are within five feet from each other) the wheels got stuck and would not roll and caused the victim to fall backwards.
The fall caused him to pull a few muscle but not any real injuries. He indicated that he had fallen twice out of the chair twice due to the wheels getting stuck. The consumer indicated that the chair was ordered for his wife who has one leg in a cast and she almost fell out of the chair as well.
He feels that the chair poses as a serious safety hazard and could possibly cause a more serious injury . He will contact the firm and possibly send the chair back.
