The product, in the report: The product is a leather armchair. The frame is wood. The color is what they describe as natural cognac tan.
I purchased a Rowan Full-Grain Genuine Italian Leather Armchair by Poly & Bark through Wayfair. A friend of mine and I unboxed the chair at 10 AM. We had not seen each other prior to this for weeks. We noticed a strong smell. He left my place at 4 PM. That night we both developed extreme chills and fever and dry cough. My fever reached 104. Our fever is both broke after midnight and we were then extremely hot. His cough improved but mine is lingering. Our fevers were gone the next day along with the chills and aches and pains. The recovery was too fast to be a virus. I suspected the chair and removed it from the house and continued to improve. Neither of us had anything else together. No water, food, theres nothing else that we shared that couldve caused an illness and we had no nausea or stomach or intestinal symptoms.
