The product, in the report: Massage Chair Osaki Titan TP-8500
I ordered the Titan Osaki TP-8500 massage chair from Home Depot. It was delivered last Friday 9/1/2017. While using the chair yesterday evening the squeezing action of the airbags in my lower leg area was so intense that it was painful. I went to bed right after and when waking in the night, my right foot and ankle was very painful. In the morning it was even more painful. I was limping and couldn’t walk without holding on to something for support. I went to work but after about 2 hours I couldn’t walk or put any weight on my right foot. I was taken to the urgent care. I was given an air cast for my foot and ankle and crutches. I was told to follow up with my regular doctor. I am still in extreme pain and cannot bear any weight on my foot. I left a voicemail and sent an email to Tel: 888-848-2630, info@osakititan.com I received a return phone call from [REDACTED]. He said this has never happened before. He offered to send some device that would reduce the air pressure. I told him I would be returning the chair.
