On Feburary 17th 2022 I bought this chair from amazon:

    OFIKA Home Office Chair [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] then on 3/26/2022, I leaned back in the chair and the left arm busted, I contacted [REDACTED] and sent the a picture of the busted arm

they sent me a replacement. and the chair worked good until yesterday morning 7/14/2022. I leaned back to stretch and both arms broke and sent me to the floor... I was lucky to only get a slight scratch on both arms, as what was left attached to the chair was very sharp. I have contacted amazon and the seller, and the seller has agreed to pay me back for the chair. after looking at some of the reviews for the chair (searching for “broke”)

    [REDACTED]

I found where a few other people had the same issue.

this chair was stated as supporting 400 lbs and I am 340. however, when i got the chair, it felt smaller than it should be. I just looked at the bottom of the chair to see if there is a manufactures tag and there are none. I searched through amazon looking for similar chairs and they all have the same style of arms. I fear the market is being flooded with these cheap plastic arm chairs.
