Newco Kids 70123 Princess Heart Chair Minky Zebra-Hot Pink.

Used as a chair for our 2-2/3 year olds, owned since they were 2 years old (twins). It is in the living room and the kids sit and climb on it. There are two pink ‘heart’ pieces that are at the front side of the chair, stuck into each arm of the chair. They are screwed in, and came that way when we bought it. One of them came out and was on the ground, with the 1 inch nail sticking straight up. Our son stepped right on top of it. We had to pull it out of his foot. We do not think it went very deep, and have put [REDACTED] and a [bandage] on it. We will see how it is tomorrow.

Afterwards, we studied the other heart. It spins around, and was not tightly screwed in. We imagine the kids have been spinning them and or it just naturally moved until it was unscrewed in.
