Herman Miller manufactures a chair called the Muuto Fiber Side Chair - Wood Base. A customer was sitting in the chair and the wooden legs broke underneath her. Insurance investigators have examined the chair and said there was a manufacturing defect, not enough glue was used. These are chairs that are rated and sold for commercial use.
