On June 8, 2020, I purchased an office desk chair from Wayfair.com called Mayson Linen Commercial Use Executive Chair by Three Posts. https://www.wayfair.com/furniture/pdp/three-posts-mayson-executive-chair-w003534413.html?&experiencetype=2&selectedvertical=3 SKU: W003534413. It is also referred to in my order information as Jorden Executive Chair by Three Posts. I use the chair in my home office. I am the only person who uses it and I am well below the maximum weight of 250 pounds that information that came with the chair says it can support. In mid-March 2021, the mechanism that controls the chair’s tilt fell off, resulting in the chair tilting rapidly backward unless I was very careful about keeping my weight centered and forward. I contacted Wayfair and they replaced the chair on March 23, 2021. On April 29, 2021, one of the legs of the replacement chair snapped off causing me to fall out of the chair. Fortunately, I was not injured, but easily could have been if I had fallen toward my desk. In looking for a replacement chair, I discovered that [REDACTED] sells what appears to be the same chair under the name [REDACTED].
