Macy’s Windward Dining Room Set, Side Chair 2184505. Unsafe product due to poor design. Approximately one week after delivery, a front leg broke on a side chair when getting up from the table after dinner. My 84 year old wife fell on the floor and suffered minor bruises and some anxiety from the fall. More serious injuries, such as a broken leg, could have occurred very easily. I looked up reviews of this product and learned that it had happened before. Macy’s Customer Service, Furniture response on 30 AUG 2016 was “We are working with our manufacturer on immediate improvements. I would like to add photos.
