Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Luxcraft Poly outdoor furniture chairs x 4. Made of recycled plastic. Approximately 30” off ground. Very heavy

Outdoor poly chairs, manufactured by LuxCraft, seat/back separated from base/legs due to corrosion/rust failure of swivel pin. This swivel pin was only component not of stainless steel. Manufacturer advised that they knew that this vital component was not stainless steel and yet did not advise purchasers of defect. Instead they choose to wait until they are contacted by consumers like me who request a warranty (lifetime) repair. While I was not injured risk of injury is significant. Chair failed/separated while I was sitting in it. I could have landed on my stone pavers and cracked my head open or worst. They advise me that they will repair with a stainless steel swivel pin. I’ll be going to the retail location (Amish Home Furnishings, Daytona Beach, FL) I bought the furniture from within next few days. They would charge me $50 to come to my house.
