The product, in the report: A reclining chair.
I ordered a chair from Wayfair. It arrived covered in black metallic grit that made a mess in my apartment. This is in a nursery that I am assembling for my infant son who is due in 3 weeks. I do not know what the material is, and Wayfair has been unresponsive to my attempts to get resolution, including delaying my ability to dispose of the item through a return to Wayfair for a refund. I have reached out to them numerous times online, by email and by phone, but cannot get anyone to provide assistance.
