I purchased a Landomia chair through Amazon. The chair was chosen for its weight capacity. After it was put together and used the very first time the nylon mesh backing came out of the plastic channel it was tucked into, as part of the backing frame. I have been putting up with this defect since I got the chair. The product is out of warranty through Amazon. I await a reply by email from Landomia as of today, 1/30/2025. An Amazon Customer Service Representative provided an email address to Landomia. The mesh requires routine ‘tucking’ of the mesh back into a channel on the frame of the back. Once it’s tucked in, the mesh is tight and supportive but it doesn’t take long to loosen out of the channel making it unsupportive.
