The product, in the report: Keekaroo Height Right Kids Chair Natural Finish. No padding, infant insert, or tray.
I have a 3 year old son and a 1 year old son. My 1 year old son climbed up onto the Keekaroo Height Right Kids Chair and slid through the opening in the back of the chair where his head got stuck and he could not reach the ground.
The chair is assembled properly for use for a 3 year old child according to manufacturer’s instructions. My 1 year old is capable of climbing up onto a dining room chair, and then climbing onto the Keekaroo Height Right Kids Chair when it is not in use. The chair is set to have the seat at the 2nd setting, which creates a gap of 5” that is 22” off of the floor.
This is incredibly unsafe and a strangulation hazard.
