I purchased 4 Jeffrey Side Chairs at AllModern.
I received the repair kit from the manufacturer, Noble House. I installed the repairs to spec. Unfortunately, one of the chairs broke while my father was sitting on it. He is not a heavy person. He was literally sitting on the chair and it broke. Nothing unusual in chair use.
