The product, in the report: CLATINA Ergonomic Big & Tall Executive Office Chair

My husband purchased a $250.15 5 roller office chair from Walmart.com in December 2021. My husband put it together as instructed on paper directions. The chair was being used in our office on a chair mat placed on a hard wood floor. The chair felt unbalanced, but since it was new, thought it was stiff. Both my husband, myself, and adult children would use the chair while at the PC. The chair scooted out from underneath me (70 year old woman), first and I fell to the floor. This happen to me 3 times. While my husband was sitting on it, the chair scooted out from him(72 year old man), and he also fell to he floor. The seat of the chair has a forward tilt so that when you lean forward the chair wants to scoot out from under you. I attempted to send photos to Furngo to document this but the email address provided was rejected, as an alternative WalMart requested that these photos be sent to Walmart and that they would forward these to Furngo, this we did on 5/23/22.
