The product, in the report: Fisher-Price Baby Portable Chair Deluxe Sit Me Up Floor Seat with toy tray
Third time using this product at hour house, our 4 month old granddaughters knee was dislocated by lifting her from the chair and we did not know why she was in distress. Mother (Reg. Nurse) and grandmother (Licensed Massage Therapist) took baby to the infant chiropractor that discovered the injury and said she had never seen such an injury. The woman chiropractor worked quite a while to safely return the baby’s knee in the proper position relieving her pain. I was a [REDACTED] engineer for 40 years and I assembled the product.
