Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The Fisher Price Laugh & Learn Musical Learning Chair was purchased for our 1st child (2005/2006) and after the inital recall of possible strangulation, we did get the repair kit and it was installed. We never had a problem. Our 2nd child (18 months) was trying to sit on it today when his thigh was wedged between the lamp and repair part (the table and arm of the chair)...over the area where the replacement part is. He screamed because he was unable to free himself. He was left with pretty bad marks on his leg that are very tender to the touch. I have not heard of any other problems with this product, but wanted to make it known that it does still pose a risk to small children.
