  1. First aid

Made Dec 20, 2011, sent to the company Jan 23, 2012, published by CPSC Feb 6, 2012

The product, in the report: Ergonomonic Mesh Chair

    Reporting Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair

ON December 19th, 2011 caller who weighs approximatley 150lbs. and is 5’ 7.5” was sitting in this chair when the entire portion of the chair fell off of the base sending caller to the floor with the chair falling on her.

She was still sitting in the portion falling and hit on her side, injuring her left hip, leg, shoulders and arm. (she did not hit her head). Her hip and leg are still hurting, all other left side areas are a bit sore but pretty much alright at this time. She has not gone to the hospital, is treating herself but says if pain does not improve she may have to be examined.

She would very much request that someone come investigate the chair to find why it fell like it did.
